Shipping Basics

We ship anywhere in the continental United States via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and

USPS Priority Mail/Parcel Post.   Expedited delivery service is not available at this time.

Time in Transit

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is received.  Your order will typically be processed within one to three business days.  You will also receive notification, with tracking numbers (if available), when your order is shipped.  Shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer.  Once shipped, orders east of the Mississippi River will arrive in approximately three

to five business days.  Orders west of the Mississippi River will arrive in approximately five to seven business days.  Deliveries to rural areas may require an extra day in transit. 

Please verify that you have entered the correct physical shipping address before completing your purchase and exiting the shopping cart.

Each order can be shipped to only to one address.

Multiple shipping addresses require separate orders.

Availability of Items

In the event that an item is not readily available for shipment, that item will be placed in a backorder status.  The available items will be shipped immediately.  The backordered item will ship as soon as possible with no extra expense to you.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  To return damaged or unusable product, please contact us at service@gardenluminary.com for return authorization numbers and instructions.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
