We ship anywhere in the continental United States via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail/Parcel Post, and
in some instances LTL motor freight. We do not ship outside of the continental United States.
Expedited delivery service is not available at this time.

Virginia residents will be charged 5% sales tax on all purchases.

Notifications, Shipping & Delivery Times
When your order is received by GardenLuminary, we will send you an email confirmation stating that you order is "In Process".
You will receive an email notification, with tracking numbers (if they are provided by the manufacturer) when your order is
shipped from the manufacturer, or our location. Please note that "shipping times" are the approximate number of days, or
weeks, that the manufacturer takes to ship your order out from their facility, and this time will vary depending on the manufacturer.
Shipping times always become greater around holidays, such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and Christmas.
Delivery times are additional and vary according to where you live in the United States. Delivery times can also be effected
by holiday package volume.
Please note: Tracking numbers may not be effective until the next business day, or up to 72 hours depending on location.
Please verify that you have entered the correct physical shipping address, if it is not the same as your billing address,
before completing your purchase and exiting the shopping cart. Please DO NOT use USPS post office box numbers
as shipping addresses. Please include a telephone number with you order.
Each order can be shipped to only to one address.
Multiple shipping addresses require separate orders.
Availability of Items
In the event that an item is not readily available, or not available within the stated shipping time, you will be notified by email and
that item will be placed in a "back-ordered" status. The available items will be shipped, and the "back-ordered" item(s) will ship
as soon as possible at no additional expense to you.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
To return or exchange damaged or unusable product, please contact us at service@GardenLuminary.com for return
authorization numbers and instructions. For Team Grill™ and Bradley Smoker™ items please see manufacturer's warranty information.
Team Grill™ Patio Series MVP, PRO, ALL-STAR, GAME-DAY and TAILGATE grills are "Special Order" and CAN NOT be returned.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.
