The Tervis Company has an unconditional lifetime guarantee against
breaking, melting, cracking and chipping.*
No receipt is needed, the "Tervis" name on the bottom is all you need.
To replace your Tervis Tumbler(s), follow these simple steps:
Go to www.tervis.com/lifetime-guarantee. Print and complete
the "return form."
Pack your tumbler(s) along with the
"return form."
Ship your package to:

Please allow approximately four (4) weeks
for your replacement tumbler(s) to arrive.

Protect your skin with sunscreen, not your tumbler.
Tervis tumblers are great for outdoor use & fun in the sun. However, certain sunscreen
products may cause damage to several different materials, including plastics.
As a plastic product, Tervis recommends minimal-to-no sunscreen contact with
your tumblers or ice buckets to avoid a haziness appearance on the product(s).
For example, wash your hands after applying sunscreen and before using
your Tervis product(s). Should sunscreen come in contact with your tumbler(s) or
ice bucket(s), hand-wash them immediately, using soap, cool water and a soft cloth.
